Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ship4ddp.com and our China sourcing, quality inspection, and DDP freight forwarding services provided by [Legal Entity Name] (“ship4ddp,” “we”).

1. Acceptance

By requesting a quote or using our Services, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you warrant authority to bind it.

2. Our Services

We provide: (a) China sourcing agency — supplier matching, negotiation, and procurement coordination; (b) factory audit & quality inspection — pre-shipment and AQL inspections; (c) DDP freight forwarding — door-to-door delivery (air, sea FCL/LCL, rail, and trucking) with duties and taxes paid by us under DDP (Incoterms® 2020).

3. What We Are Not

  • We are an agent/forwarder, not the manufacturer. We perform reasonable due diligence but do not warrant the quality, legality, or intellectual-property status of goods sourced from third-party factories.
  • We are not the importer of record for DDP shipments unless expressly agreed in writing; the Customer remains responsible for product compliance in the destination market.
  • Quotes are non-binding estimates unless confirmed in a written order.

4. Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete information: true product description, HS code, declared value, and required licenses/permits.
  • Ensure goods are lawful to import/export and not on any prohibited, sanctioned, or restricted list.
  • Pay invoices per agreed terms; late payment may suspend Services.

5. Pricing & Quotes

Rates are based on information you provide and prevailing carrier/ customs conditions. Freight rates, fuel surcharges, and duties may change before booking; we confirm the final all-in DDP price at order.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific shipment or order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or inaccurate Customer data.

7. Intellectual Property

Our website content, branding, and materials are our property. Customer trademarks used in private-label orders are used solely to fulfill the Customer’s order.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing engagements per the order terms. Sections on liability, payment, and IP survive termination.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control: war, sanctions, epidemics, natural disasters, port/airport closures, or government action.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes are resolved by [arbitration/courts of Jurisdiction].
