Factory Audit & Pre-Shipment Inspection questions
What is AQL 2.5 inspection?
AQL 2.5 is the Acceptable Quality Limit used by most retailers: on a random sample, up to 2.5 percent minor defects is the typical accept point. We apply your chosen level and report pass or fail with photos.
Can you attend the factory during production?
Yes. For longer runs we offer during-production checks so process problems are caught early, not after the batch is finished.
What does the inspection report include?
Quantity, workmanship, function, packaging, and label checks against your sample, with dated photos and a clear pass or fail result.
Do you inspect in Guangdong and Zhejiang?
Yes. Our team works across both provinces, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yiwu, Ningbo, and Foshan.
What happens if goods fail inspection?
We tell you before anything ships. You can rework, replace, or cancel the shipment instead of paying to freight defective product.
Can inspection connect to DDP shipping?

How fast can an inspection be arranged?
Usually within a few working days of confirming the order and sample. We confirm the date when we book.
Do you check certifications like CE or FCC?
We can verify label marks and documentation present at the factory. Final market certification is the supplier’s responsibility, but we flag what is missing on site.
