Customs broker
Clears goods at the border under your import account. Useful, but does not move freight or pay duty for you.

What does a DDP freight forwarder do differently?
A DDP forwarder covers import clearance, duty, tax, and door delivery, not just the main freight leg. You receive goods instead of port paperwork.
Who is the importer of record under DDP?
The clearing is filed under our import setup and we pay the duty. Your company does not need a local import entity in most destinations.
Is DDP more expensive than FOB or EXW?
The freight number is higher because it contains duty, tax, and delivery. The landed total is usually lower once destination charges and broker fees are counted.
Can you consolidate several suppliers into one shipment?
Yes. Goods from multiple factories are received at our Guangzhou warehouse, inspected against your packing list, and shipped as one consignment.

How are duties calculated in my quote?
From the HS code, declared value, and destination tariff. We state the basis in the quote so the number is auditable, not invented.

What if my cargo is damaged in transit?
We document the case against the carrier and, where cargo cover was taken, file the claim for you. Claims are handled in one conversation, not four.
